Access Control

Control who is allowed access to your school. Sends an alert via text message and/or pager when these people attempt to sign in.Works great for Non-Custodial Parents.

KeepnTrack's Access Control feature allows operators to “flag” specific names during the Sign In process; this way, a person can be permanently banned or permanently allowed.

Any person whose name has been blacklisted will always be denied access from any facility contained within the Account, and a white-listed name will always be allowed access, without continual “false positive” sex offender notifications.

Custody Management

Instantly know who is authorized to check out students

KeepnTrack provides a list of who's authorized to check out a student. Use this field to keep a list of people who are eligible to check the student out from your facility or to disclose any other noteworthy restrictions. When a visitor comes to pick up a student, this list of authorized users will display on the main Kiosk window. If you do not add names to this field, KeepnTrack assumes that no authorized people are required to check this student out.
