Features
- Step One—Enter the visitors name and date of birth. The visitors name is then checked against the federal sex offender database. If a positive match is found, entry is denied and notification is sent to onsite staff and local law enforcement.
- Step Two—Select the reason for the visit. The visitor is then presented with several school activities and asked to state the purpose of their visit. These records are then kept so the school can view who has visited the campus and what time they were there.
- Step Three—Print the visitors ID badge. The visitor’s badge is yellow in color so it cannot be copied. It shows the visitors name, where the visitor going and the date and time the visitor checked in.
