Sex Offender Alert Set-Up

As Visitors come into your school and log into KeepnTrack via the kiosk, an immediate sex offender check is initiated. Appropriate school personnel can then be notified if a match is found. The notification can be via email and/or SMS addresses (cell phone text messages).

You may set up these alerts in KeepnTrack in either the Account or Facilities menus. If you have a school district with multiple schools you would use the Facilities menu to set up different alert criteria for each school building. Any addresses that are used in the Account menu will receive messages for all facilities. Addresses in the Facilities menu will only receive messages for that facility.

In the Preferences section of either the Account of Facility menu, click on the General tab. Click on the Edit button and scroll down until you find the Sex Offender Alert Email and SMS fields. Enter the appropriate addresses.
