Report Formats
Overview
It is possible to print various reports from People, Activities, Operators and Facilities menus. To create a report, a list must first be generated by using the Lookup interface.

Then you can choose the report you wish to create and then indicate what format you would like to save it as through the Select a Format pull down menu. The default format is pdf. You also have the options of csv and tab delimited formats. These are common text formats used which can be opened in a spreadsheet application.

Once you have selected the lookup and format of the report you would like to generate running the report will then generate a file onto your desktop. This file can then be opened with any spreadsheet type program. If it is a person lookup report such as a person list, that information can then be edited and reimported through the import process.
Another good reason to run an export report would be for your Activities. Once you have run the export report for your activities you can then perform an Activity Archive and remove the activities from your database. The exported report will have the individual activities, depending on what type of report you ran, that you can open anytime with a spreadsheet program.
