Badge Printer Settings

Overview

Currently KeepnTrack supports use of the Dymo 400 and Dymo Twin Turbo model badge printers. These printers are used to print temporary identification badges for Volunteers, Students, Staff, Vendors and/or Visitors during the login process using the regular or self-service Kiosk.

The following is an example of a volunteer identification badge.

To have the option to print an identification badge the Show Print Badge checkbox in Kiosk must be checked. This checkbox is found under the Volunteer, Student, Staff, Vendor, and Visitor tabs of either the Account or Facility Preferences.

The default to print an identification badge may be set under the Security tab of the People record for any one individual.
