Volunteer Approval Process

Overview

If you have enabled the online application in KeepnTrack, potential volunteers may apply via computer. Once they submit an online application, those that have permission for application review may view the application. Permission is given in the Operators menu, and under the Admin tab in Permissions you will find the checkbox, Application Review enabled.

To access the submitted volunteer applications, go to the People menu. If there are applications that have been submitted a line will indicate how many in the Tools section.

By clicking on that line a screen will come up listing the various applications and their status. Once you have clicked to review a persons application the status changes from New to Reviewed.

By clicking on a line of one of the applicants you can review the information that was submitted and Accept, Reject or Remove the Application by clicking on the corresponding button. Once you click on one of these buttons the application is removed from the Applications list. You may also run a Sex Offender Check based on the information provided.
