Quick Links Menu on Kiosk

Overview

In the KeepnTrack Kiosk interface you have the option to include the Quick Link menu. This menu allows the Kiosk user to have quick and simple access to the most critical and commonly requested reports such as “Who’s here now?” and “Daily late arrival report”.

The Quick Link menu is available only to the attended Kiosk mode.

Set Up

The Quick Link menu is activated as part of an Operator record. In the Preferences section under the Kiosk tab you can enable the Quick Menu functions.

Operation

If it were necessary at any point to quickly determine who was in your school, a Kiosk operator could use the Quick Menu function to display and/or print that report.

Staff operating in the Kiosk mode to log people in and out of KeepnTrack most commonly uses the Quick Link menu. We encourage you to become familiar with this feature and utilize it where appropriate.
