Express Check In
Overview
Express Check In is a mode in which an Operator can set the Kiosk to quickly run multiple people through the Kiosk for a single activity. This mode is set by selecting a preference on the Administration side of the KeepnTrack program under the Operators Kiosk permissions.

Once the preference has been enabled a checkbox will appear for all classifications on the activity selection window.

After selecting the checkbox and then an activity the Kiosk will enter into the Express Check In. The Express Check In mode stays on the name entry section. As each name is entered the Kiosk will repeat the transaction of the first transaction. For Visitor's, the birth date field is also required.
For example, if the first transaction for Volunteer John Doe is for a Classroom. The Express Check In will repeat the Classroom activity for each name entered until the Operator exits from the Express Check In mode.

Note: While in Self Service Kiosk, to enable the Express Check In a valid login Id and password are required. This is any valid login and password for Operators associated to the account.
Located in the bottom left corner of the Express Check In is a button called Whose Here Now. This button brings up the Quick Links report showing who is currently signed into your facility. This report has the ability to sign people out of your facility by selecting a name from the list and choosing Sign Out button located on the bottom left of the report.
Also on the bottom corner of Express Check In is a button to exit out of the Express Check In mode.
