Log-In Enhancements

Overview

In a previous tip of the week we explained how any one person signing in could be designated for more than one classification, i.e. volunteer and staff. In this instance a classification pick list is presented during log in so the person can indicate which classification they choose.

Following this same logic if a person signs in or out using their last name, and if there is more than one person with the same last name, a pick list by name is displayed so the correct name can be chosen. This list will also display is anyone on the list is already logged into a particular activity.
