Outside Log In Access

Overview

It may be convenient to allow different persons the ability to log into their personal accounts to see account information as well as a list of activities. By entering a login id and password on a People record, that person may then, via a web browser, go to https://login.keepntrack.com and log in.

Students, Staff and Vendors may only see their account information and list of activities. Volunteers on the other hand may also enter information on activities they may have participated in but were not recorded via the regular login, log out process. This is done by clicking on the New Activity button located at the top of the Activities History field.

When the New Activity button is selected, the volunteer may then add information to properly reflect the activity they were involved in.

It is also possible for volunteers to indicate their preferred activities. Reports may then be generated based upon these preferred activities.

To edit the preferred activities and the associated schools a volunteer is approved for click on the Edit button.

Finally, it’s possible for any individuals to upload a picture of themselves.
