Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), if the KeepnTrack Sex Offender Registry (SOR) or Criminal Background Check (CBC) services provide information that is believed to be in error, please use this form to report the error, and initiate an investigation. In order to perform the investigation properly, all fields are required.
